• biogeochemistry of macro - and microelements, natural and artificial radionuclides in mountain and lowland geosystems and their ecological and biogeochemical assessment;

• study of biogeochemical and soil-hydrological processes in watersheds and their influence on the formation of hydrochemical runoff in natural and anthropogenic landscapes of Siberia;
• study of heavy metals migration in technogenic landscapes;

• study of natural and anthropogenic prerequisites for human diseases;
• assessment of space-rocket activity impact on the environment;

• modern problems of genesis and geography of soils.
